Experience Chinese New Year at Stanley and welcome in the Year of the Dragon with a selection of curated Cantonese dishes by Head Chef Louis Tikaram.
Chinese New Year celebrations will take place from Friday 9th February – Tuesday 13th February for lunch and dinner with traditional lion dancers on selected nights to mark the occasion.
The limited-edition dishes will be on offer in addition to the à la carte and signature banquet menus.
